• Provide contact information (if purchasing for someone else, please make note of that)

• Provide full address of home you'd like us to visit

• Choose which package you'd like to purchase:

  24 Candy Canes for $15

  36 Candy Canes for $20

  48 Candy Canes for $25

• Add any additional comments you'd like for us to know

• Pay for the package you've chosen

• Naomi’s Grace will notify the contact person via email, at least one day in advance
